Once again we have been asked by German music magazine Orkus! to add a Lightshifters song to the CD-Compilation that comes with the magazine. It turned out that they love the song „Fire“ very much, which is the second song on our Single-CD „The Storm“. We agreed that it really deserves more attention and feel honoured by such a great feedback! So watch out for Orkus! No. 10 and find our song „Fire“ on Orkus!-Compilation 102.

Our song “The Storm” has been released on Orkus! Compilation 93, a CD that comes with issue No. 10, October 2013 of the German music magazine Orkus! You can vote for the best Newcomer on the compilation – vote for us here! 🙂 We are proud of the following little review we got in the magazine:

In one week, on September the 23. our Single “The Storm” will be released on CD and on many Download- and Streaming-Services like iTunes, Amazon MP3 and Spotify to name just a few.
Big news: Our single is available on Bandcamp! The release contains two tracks: “The Storm” and “Fire”. You can listen to them with this player. Please click on the buy- or the share-button and spread the word, when you like what you hear! We have put a lot of work in this – the complete production, the music and the artwork: 100% Lightshifters!
Our single contains two tracks, “The Storm” and “Fire”. We know that some of you gorgeous people waited a long time for this. We got really impatient as well and since we didn’t sell our souls to some kind of propaganda machinery we decided to make the songs available for download on Bandcamp on Friday the 23rd. All the other download-shops and the official release of the CD will follow end of September.
“Fire” is recorded, mixed and mastered. “The Storm” still needs some tweaking – but we will not stop until we’re happy with it… Stay tuned!
